Today's star ratings

These are all shows that I have seen and shall either review here or for The List. However, I spent the morning with some bloke shooting lasers into my eyeball so maybe you could be a bit more sympathetic.

How this works for audiences

These ratings do not correspond to the ratings I would give for The List. There are disparities. I might explain why later but have you tried writing a blog post with a stinging retina?

I only publish four or five star reviews here. Nobody wants a three star anyway. In brief: four stars means that you will enjoy it if the themes, style or subject is up your street. A five star is better than not seeing flashing lights whenever you shut your eyes.

How this works for performers

Just put the stars on the flyer. It is what you want. And I want my name all over the Fringe.
